Reading lists

As a response to global conflict and extraction, we want to highlight the important work being done by cultural workers. We invite cultural workers, individuals or collectives, based in their local context to develop a reading list. The reading list is not limited to texts, and can include a films, artworks and other mediums.

We hope these reading lists can guide us in sharing and accessing resources considered essential, recommended or further reading which will helps us all better understand conflicts and struggles faced by specific communities. The reading lists are a growing repository of resources, some include articles from Afterall’s catalogue, as well as resources that other publishers and cultural organisations have made available.
