Spanish Translation: Rada Georgieva on Gonzalo Díaz
Il Posto–Afterall Editorial and Research Fellow Rada Georgieva’s essay ‘Shoring up the Republic: Gonzalo Díaz’s Infrastructural Aesthetics’ is now available in Spanish on Il Posto’s website. The essay offers an in-depth analysis of the work through the lens of infrastructural critique, examining how Díaz mobilised language, monumentality and architectural materials to investigate the relationship between museums, history, and the State. The essay is part of Afterall Journal Issue 59–60, focusing on infrastructure, to be released in June this year.
