We are pleased to announce our presence at Art Basel, Basel 2022. Afterall journal editors present the latest issue of Afterall journal entitled ‘New Politics’. This issue explores a certain contemporary structure of affect as a response to what are indeed new types of claims leading to new aesthetic positions and artistic sensibilities. With features on artists including Jonas Staal, the Taller de Gráfica Popular, Kapwani Kiwanga, Aldo Tambellini, Ip Gim and an insert by Nikita Kadan, ‘New Politics’ is an investigation into new geographies and minor archives of global contemporary art.

A selection of Afterall issue 52 are on display in the Magazines Sector through the fair dates, 16-19 June 2022.
